When ordering, all info needed is posted to each item, sizing guide, product material etc., please make sure you reference these before ordering.

Please note that the shirt and printing colors may differ slightly from your screens which is normal.

Once your order is placed, we will be unable to cancel it. 

You may return your item(s) 14 days from date of order. Item(s) must be in the exact same condition as when shipped, tags in tact as well as unworn/unwashed. If these terms are not met, unfortunately we will not be able to accept it and you will not be refunded.

If your order arrives defective, wrong size/design sent or does not look right, or any other error on our end, fill out the Return Portal Below and follow the instructions.

You will be provided with updates regarding your Refund or Exchange.

Once your return is accepted, you will be provided with a return label and refunded the value of the item(s) minus (-)$8 for the label.

If you would like to exchange an item(s), simply follow the same steps for a return and just place another order for the new item.

Please allow 7-10 business days for processing and delivery. Of course we will always try to get it to you sooner, but please expect the posted wait time. 

You will have the option to add Route Package Protection to your order at checkout, which we highly recommend. They cover lost, stolen, missing, or damaged packages. If any of these events occur all you will need to do is file a claim with them.

However, if you do not add the Route Protection, and your package goes missing or is damaged, you will need to contact the carrier to dispute.
