Orders typically process within 1-2 business days before shipment. Delivery timeframes depend on your selected shipping method and carrier. At checkout, you may add Shipping Protection to your order. This optional coverage protects against loss, theft, or damage during transit.
Should any of these issues occur, you can file a claim directly through our claims portal below. Without Shipping Protection, you will be responsible for contacting the carrier directly to file a dispute claim for missing or damaged packages.
