Returns

Our return window is 14 days from the date of delivery. Items returned after this period cannot be refunded or exchanged.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Upon receipt of your return, we will send a confirmation email. Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within the specified timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please verify your bank account and contact your credit card issuer, as processing times vary. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, contact us at sales@fameandmisery.com.

Exchanges

We replace items that are defective or damaged. Please return the item using the return address on your package label. For exchanges of the same item due to sizing or other issues, email sales@fameandmisery.com for instructions.

Shipping and Additional Terms

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. A $7 return shipping deduction will be applied to refunds. Exchange delivery times vary by location.
