We highly recommend adding the Route Package Protection to your order. They cover lost, stolen, missing, or damaged packages. If any of these events occur all you will need to do is fill a claim with them.

If you do not add the Route Protection, and your package goes missing or is damaged, you will need to contact the carrier to dispute.

If your order arrives defective, wrong size/design sent or does not look right, or any other error on our end, head to the Returns Portal right away.

We do not require you to send back any returns, but we only offer store credit on all returns.
